1. Purpose of the Website

The “SHVIR” website (hereinafter: “the Website”) is an online showcase platform that serves as a unique digital hub, bringing together information, content, and investment opportunities for members of a private and exclusive investment club.
The purpose of the Website is to give users access to professional and up-to-date information in the field of investments, to present selected initiatives and projects, and to facilitate direct connections with experienced financial professionals.

The Website owner reserves the right to add services and/or products, whether free or paid, at their sole discretion.

The intellectual property in such external sites belongs to third parties, and the owner has no rights over them. The inclusion of hyperlinks does not constitute permission or authorization to use intellectual property in those sites. The owner does their best to keep the Website functioning properly and continuously available. However, the owner does not guarantee that the Website will be operational at all times. Downtime may occur due to site updates, maintenance, user device issues, internet provider problems, external server failures, hacking, or other causes.

The owner will attempt to give prior notice of planned interruptions but is not obligated to do so. The owner reserves the right to suspend, disable, or modify the Website’s operations without prior notice.

7.1. The Website is hosted on secure external servers. The owner is not liable for damages caused by external hacking — including data breaches, data corruption, IP infringement, or other harm.

7.4. The Website may contain errors or inaccuracies in good faith or outdated content. The owner is not liable for any damage resulting from reliance on such content.

7.5. Publications, content, and professional information shared on the Website are for informational, enrichment, and marketing purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice, recommendations, or instructions and should not be relied upon as such.

If services cannot be postponed, this will not be considered a breach, and users may not make claims.
